NHS Scotland is seeking a qualified radiographer to provide specialist imaging services, including MRI and CT, while mentoring junior staff. This role emphasizes high-quality patient care and requires a degree in Radiography. The candidate will be integral in delivering diagnostic services in Radiology.

Provide specialist imaging within one of the following clinical areas, including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Cardio-Vascular, Neuro-Angiography and satellite imaging departments.
To justify and perform radiographic examinations, providing direct care and a high quality diagnostic service in order to assist in the management of patients within the directorate of Radiology.
Supervise and act as mentor to junior radiographers ensuring continuity of service.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.

If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
