Position: Secretarial Team Lead

Department: Renal Medicine and Transplant Surgery

Hours: 37 hours per week

Workplace: Office-based

You will work across two services, requiring an organized and methodical approach. Experience with performance standards and service improvements, preferably within an NHS setting, is desirable.

You will supervise the secretarial team, plan and allocate work, and support appraisal processes.
