NHS Lothian seeks a Secretarial Team Lead for the Renal Medicine and Transplant Surgery department. Position: Secretarial Team Lead

You will work across two services, requiring an organized and methodical approach. Experience with performance standards and service improvements, preferably within an NHS setting, is desirable.
You will supervise the secretarial team, plan and allocate work, and support appraisal processes.
