Job Description:

We are excited to advertise this permanent 0.5wte Band 8C Consultant Clinical Psychologist/Team Lead post within the Lothian Community Perinatal Mental Health Team and Mother and Baby Unit, based at St John’s Hospital in Edinburgh. You will play a key role in leading the service forward, in close collaboration with supportive MDT colleagues and with support and management from senior psychology colleagues. This post provides an excellent opportunity to further shape and develop the service to ensure that it continues to provide an effective and accessible specialist psychological support service.

Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e., child and/or adult), then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
