These posts will be based at Coventry Magistrates' Court, 60 Little Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2SQ
Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the overall operational, performance and service standard targets across your area of work. You will progress cases through the court/tribunal system and provide customer service and administrative support to functions within HMCTS. You will have regular contact with court / tribunal users, which could include members of the judiciary and the legal profession.
These positions will be part of the newly formed Operational Support Compliance Team and will support Legal Advisers by resulting cases for busy courts across the region.
It is important to note that these roles are on a 5 in 6 day working pattern, meaning staff will work every other Saturday, with a day off during the week. This will enable support for Saturday remand courts.
