Position Details

• Location: Hamilton Medical Group, 4 Queen's Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4ZT
• Hours: 25 hours per week, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (non-negotiable)
• Hourly Rate: Depending on relevant experience

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and welcoming practice team in the west end of Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will maintain a calm, controlled, and positive attitude in a demanding environment.

The role involves interacting with patients in person or over the phone to address their requests or queries efficiently and helpfully, along with general office and administrative tasks. Candidates should have excellent IT skills, attention to detail, be proactive, follow procedures closely, and understand confidentiality principles.
