Job Description:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council.
  • Minimum of 10 years' medical work experience since primary medical qualification, with at least six years in a relevant specialty, including roles in Specialty Doctor and/or closed SAS grades. Equivalent overseas experience will also be considered.
  • Meet the criteria set out in the Specialist grade capabilities framework.

This is a permanent, part-time (28 hours per week) position based in Lauriston Building, Edinburgh.

The department specializes in Dermatology and is located in the Lauriston Building, adjacent to the former Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh hospital site. Outreach clinics are also held in East and West Lothian.
