Post: Business Support Officer

Location: West Port

Salary: AfC Band 4 – 29.6 hrs per week (Fixed Term, 1 year maternity cover)

Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.

The Business and Administration Division provides administration, clerical and project support to professional colleagues working in Public Health and Health Policy. This role involves tasks similar to PA duties but extends beyond that. We are seeking candidates with significant experience in business and administration tasks. We support and encourage skill development in administration, secretarial, and clerical areas. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and support functions in Public Health and Health Policy.

For this role, we are looking for someone with strong communication, organizational, and minute-taking skills.

This role offers hybrid working with minimal in-office requirements.
