NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time role in their Therapy team. The successful candidate will manage a patient caseload, implement treatment plans, and support qualified AHP staff. This role emphasizes evidence-based practices and offers supervision for lower-grade staff. The position promotes equality and diversity, welcoming applications from all societal sections.
As part of a dedicated Therapy team, the post holder will be allocated a delegated patient caseload by the qualified AHP and will implement and modify existing treatment plans within their scope of practice. This care will be delivered with supervision available.
The post holder will support qualified AHP staff by actively participating in clinical activities within the specialist clinical area, following evidence-based protocols produced by the registered practitioner.
To support efficient service delivery, the practitioner will be involved in supervising or supporting lower-grade staff.
