Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Psychology Department within the Care Experienced Team. This permanent, part-time position involves leading a multidisciplinary team in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions to children, their families, and carers who are care experienced.

The role includes providing consultation, therapy, and strategic planning for this client group. You will supervise and line-manage team members and collaborate with other consultants to support the Head of Specialty in providing psychological therapy services for children, young people, and their families.

Our department, comprising around 90 staff, is a vibrant, supportive environment with strong links to Edinburgh, Stirling, and Dundee Universities. We host trainees from various psychological disciplines and offer placements and supervision, with dedicated CPD and supervision time.
