Job description

Work Pattern

7-day working schedule with 9-hour shifts between 0800 - 2000.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Receive requests for supplementary staffing and source available staff to meet demand, escalating to agencies if Bank capacity is insufficient.
  2. Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivering new Staff Bank service developments and projects, including recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are met.
