Work Pattern - 7 day working x 9 hour shifts between hours 0800 - 2000
Responsible for receiving requests for supplementary staffing, sourcing and securing available staff for work to meet demand. This may involve escalation to agencies if there is insufficient capacity of available Bank workers.
Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivering new Staff Bank service developments and projects, including staff recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are achieved.
