NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a specialist for their Community Therapy team in East Lothian. The role involves independent patient assessment, supervision of staff, and training development, with flexible working hours across 7 days. Candidates must hold PVG membership and demonstrate expertise in managing complex cases.
This position is based within our Community Therapy team in East Lothian, focusing on enhancing our current Unscheduled Care pathways (D2A and POA) throughout the week, including weekend therapy cover.
Hours will be scheduled using a rota pattern across 7 days, with no more than 5 days worked within a 7-day period.

From 1 April 2024, NHS Scotland will reduce the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours without pay change. This will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. Some service areas may require up to an additional 30 minutes per week temporarily, paid accordingly, until rosters are adjusted.
