An established industry player is seeking a dedicated medical secretary to enhance the efficiency of clinical operations. This role involves providing essential administrative support to clinicians and managing waiting lists effectively. To provide comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative service to clinicians and other members of the multi professional teams contributing to the efficient day to day running of the service.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated waiting lists.
Contribute and support the Radiology directorate in the delivery of agreed waiting times. Monitor and effect changes to the appointment times / systems to ensure all patients achieve their agreed waiting times. Collaborate with Clinical colleagues to ensure compliance with agreed waiting times.
