Job Overview

Role Purpose: To provide comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative services to clinicians and other members of the multi-professional team, contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage allocated waiting lists on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Support the Radiology directorate in delivering agreed waiting times.
  3. Monitor and implement changes to appointment systems to ensure all patients meet their waiting time targets.
  4. Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure compliance with waiting time standards.
