Who We Are

We are the Community Paediatrics administration team, covering specialist services such as care for children with complex needs, child protection, care experience, and adoption and fostering services.

Position

We are seeking an Administration Team Leader based at Musselburgh Primary Care Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Line managing a team of administrators, audio typists, and medical secretaries while supporting the wider clinical team.
  • Collaborating with two other Team Leaders and the Waiting List Team Leader across Lothian, with specific responsibility for East and Mid Lothian.
  • Although prior experience with Community Paediatrics is not required, supervisory or line management experience is necessary.
