The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership seeks professionals to deliver transformational changes to home-based rehabilitation services, including a new Enhanced Rehabilitation Service providing inpatient-style care in a home environment, seven days a week.

As a vital member of the team, you will focus on collaborative working, delivering high-quality, person-centered interventions. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in rehabilitation across various medical conditions, problem-solving, quality improvement, and team building.
