Sales Recruitment Consultant

Location: Belfast City Centre

Salary: £26,500-£30,000 depending on experience (OTE 35K-50K Year 1)

What you'll be doing

  • Driving business development, growing client relationships and securing new sales opportunities
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, connecting top sales talent with thriving businesses
  • Generating leads and proactively sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, referrals and strategic outreach
  • Making high volume outbound sales calls, engaging both candidates and clients daily
  • Negotiating offers and placements that benefit both parties and closing recruitment deals
  • Become a market specialist- staying ahead of industry trends and insights and sales strategies
