To support the store management team in driving sales and profit through supervising and coaching customer consultants, both in their presence and absence. You will demonstrate individual and team excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring adherence to company policies and safeguarding the brand and assets. You will uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop.
This role as Team Leader is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will work independently with minimal supervision, acting with urgency to handle customer concerns and providing feedback to management. You will support store layout, inventory, and operations, coaching Customer Consultants to meet high service standards and championing The Body Shop campaigns.
You will analyze sales trends, use storytelling to enhance customer engagement, and adapt to retail changes. You should operate multiple systems, meet sales targets, and assist in recruiting. You will perform store opening and closing procedures, including audits, and coordinate effectively with customers, team, and management.
