Job summary

Carvela, part of Kurt Geiger, is seeking a store advisor in Leeds to deliver exceptional service, welcome clients, guide them to products and understand their needs. You will manage stock, keep the shop floor tidy, and support promotions while maintaining brand standards.

You will also be responsible for till operations and security in the absence of senior management, and you will act as a confident brand ambassador with strong teamwork and fashion awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Responsible for opening/closing the till system and security in the absence of senior management.
• Welcome clients and guide them to products, understanding their needs.
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking and organizing stockroom.
• Keep the shop floor tidy and replenished; maintain store standards.
• Support management in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage participation.
• Assist in planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Be a model for brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded).
• Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador.
• Strong communicator with awareness of fashion trends.

WE NEED YOU TO:

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for holding keys for the store and ensuring the security of the store at opening and closing in the absence of the senior management team
• Responsible for opening and closing of the till system
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained
• Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand)
