Job summary

WTW is offering an eight-week internship in our Retirement team in the UK. You will work alongside industry experts on live projects and gain real-world experience.

You will learn to manage pension risks, develop technical and consulting skills, and receive a full induction and ongoing training. We support hybrid working with three days in the office.

Applicants should be in penultimate year, numerate, with strong math and communication skills, and a 2:1 degree expectation.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year at university and on track for a 2:1 in a numerate discipline.
• A-level Maths (grade A/B) or equivalent.
• Keen to learn, contribute and solve challenging problems.

• Helping our clients understand and manage their pension risks
• Gaining a wide range of on-the-job experience
• Developing technical and consulting skills through a full induction, wide-ranging training program and ongoing continual learning opportunities

This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.
