Job summary

Isio in Croydon is launching a permanent graduate programme in Pensions Consulting. You will support trustees and employers with governance, meetings, communications and budgets, and help implement changes that affect schemes and members.

You’ll receive structured learning, practical client work and ongoing development from an experienced team, with study support for PMI qualifications and a buddy to help you settle in.

Prepare governance materials, including risk logs, training logs and scheme returns.
Attend client meetings and draft meeting minutes.

Support employee communications, including newsletters.
Help clients understand governance changes affecting pension schemes.
Review processes and contribute ideas for improving client delivery.
Support annual budget planning and monitor adviser costs.
Contribute to proposals for new business opportunities.
Coordinate with colleagues and other advisers to deliver client outcomes.

Pensions Consulting

Join our Pensions Consulting team in Croydon and help pension scheme trustees and employers run their schemes effectively. You will support clients with governance, meetings, communications, budgets and changes that affect their schemes and members. You will work with colleagues and clients from the start, building your knowledge of pension schemes while developing strong consulting, organisation and communication skills. You will be employed on a permanent basis, and your responsibilities will grow as your skills and confidence develop.

Previous Pensions Or Consulting Experience Is Not Required.

Training and development

You will receive structured learning, practical experience and support from your team. You will develop technical, business and professional skills through on‑job learning, formal training and hands‑on client work.

Length of programme

You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start of your graduate role.

Location and working pattern

This role is based in our Croydon office. Expected office attendance, including the first few months is four days per week minimum in office and then two/three days a week in the office moving forwards. The working pattern will reflect client, team and learning needs. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.

Entry Requirements

You must have completed an undergraduate degree or higher‑level qualification by 20 September 2027 and achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year, you should be on track to achieve this
