UBS is seeking ambitious graduates for its 2027 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program in the Unified Global Alternatives (Infrastructure) team. You’ll join a global asset manager and gain exposure to private, institutional, and corporate clients while learning about traditional and alternative asset classes.

Over 18 months, the program combines formal training, mentoring, and real rotations to help you build a career in asset management.

Qualifications

• Graduating between Sept 2025 and Sept 2027 with degree completed.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• 2:1 or equivalent in first undergraduate degree.
• Values aligned with hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Ability to evidence how AI can improve outcomes.

Your role

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program specifically within our Unified Global Alternatives (Infrastructure) team.

You’ll Get To

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Your team

You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is graduating between September 2025 and September 2027
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
