We are seeking ambitious Graduates to join our Building Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within a fast-paced and highly regarded Building Consultancy team, working with a diverse range of clients, assets and projects across the UK.

Our Project Management graduate programme is designed to challenge and support you from day one. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, developing both your technical expertise and commercial awareness through hands‑on experience in project delivery, programme management, procurement, contract administration, stakeholder engagement and development monitoring. Working alongside experienced project managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your development while playing an active role in delivering successful outcomes for clients.

What will it take to be successful?

We are looking for forward thinking students with a can‑do attitude, who have the ability to manage multiple projects and deal with a variety of work. You will ideally be studying for a RICS accredited degree. Previous experience gained through placements, internships or work experience within the property sector will help you stand out.

Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with others, and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Given the nature of the role and the need to travel to client sites and properties, a full UK driving licence is essential.
