  • A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to understand our target audiences

No prior Change or Investment Management experience is needed. We just need you to bring your drive, passion and enthusiasm to make the most of the opportunity, to start building your career.

  • Project Management Support: Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to gain exposure to the delivery of change initiatives. Support the team by assisting with project coordination, communications and documentation, whilst learning about effective project management practices. Help ensure project activities are organized, tracked and take part in regular meetings and governance processes.

You will also own the delivery of an internally focused project, in partnership with your fellow interns and placement year students, to deliver a pre‑defined outcome to either help solve a business challenge or create specific sustainable value for the organisation.
