A prison officer post at HMP Hewell, run by the Ministry of Justice and recruited as a merit campaign. The work centres on keeping the prison and the public safe while building professional relationships with prisoners. Shifts cover evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, and the hours can be full-time, part-time, job share or flexible.
