Overview

2026 Wealth Graduate Analyst Rotational Programme, Croydon

Length of Programme

Brand new programme here at Isio. The Wealth team is diversifying and growing. The programme consists of 2, 12-month rotations in the Wealth service line: one rotation within the Wealth Planning team and one rotation either in the Investment Management team or Private Office. At the end of the 2 years, you will be aligned to the team that best fits your strengths.

Qualifications you’ll work for: You will work towards achieving Level 4 through the CII, with potential opportunities to complete the IMC and/or CFA depending on your career and development aspirations.

Entry requirements
  • To apply, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year, you should be on track to achieve this.
  • Open to applications from any degree subject, but you must demonstrate the ability to work with data and financial concepts, client/customer service skills, the ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and a clear career aspiration to work within Wealth and Investment Management.
  • We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position; you must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Wealth Planning

We help clients gain confidence in their financial wellbeing by providing advice and investment solutions aligned to their goals. The advice includes:

  • Accumulating wealth through pensions, ISAs, and other options
  • Retirement planning and cash-flow analysis
  • Inheritance Tax planning to support wealth transfer
  • Protection products for peace of mind and IHT planning
  • Executive financial planning
  • Sophisticated investments, including VCTs and EIS
  • Business planning, including keyman and shareholder protection
Wealth Solutions

We deliver investment solutions to the broader wealth market (B2B and B2C) powered by the Isio investment engine. The team also manages in-house portfolios for Wealth Planning and Private Office. Work includes:

  • Portfolio construction
  • Portfolio management
  • Solution design
  • Client servicing
  • Product governance and reporting
Private Capital Team

Provides UHNW, Family Office, Charity and Endowment clients with investment advisory and managed account services. We focus on wealth preservation, liquidity and governance across generations, offering access to top-tier managers across all asset classes including private markets.

  • Managed accounts: delegating responsibility to implement and manage portfolios within objectives
  • Ongoing active advice: setting objectives, strategy, manager selection, implementation, monitoring and reporting; you retain input over decisions
  • Project consulting: reviewing portfolios, setting objectives and strategy
What you will be doing

You will develop analytical and problem-solving skills while building interpersonal skills in a professional team environment. From day one you will contribute to client work, including:

  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business and client decisions
  • Contributing to the development of strategies and solutions
  • Preparing presentations and reports for internal governance and board reporting
  • Supporting the Wealth Team in evaluating and implementing strategies
  • Participating in strategy, project, team and client meetings
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies
