The Role

Our London summer program offers candidates the chance to work closely with partners and associates. While prior experience in capital markets or finance isn't required, our program focuses exclusively on US securities work and is limited in size.

Qualifications

Your experience

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school, with anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. Complete applications should include a resume, law school transcript (unofficial is acceptable), and a short cover letter explaining your interest in the US Securities team in London. Only complete applications will be considered.

We also encourage applicants to consider whether they are willing to relocate to the UK permanently after graduation and to be prepared to discuss this during the application process.
