Join a prestigious international law firm for a summer program in London, working closely with partners on US securities. Ideal candidates are students in an ABA-accredited law school, anticipating graduation in Spring 2027, and willing to consider permanent relocation to the UK post-graduation.
The Role
Candidates seeking a position in our London summer program will work closely with our team of partners and associates. Although summer law clerks do not need background experience in capital markets or finance, our summer program in London is based exclusively on US securities work and is limited in size.
Qualifications
Your experience
Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. Complete applications must include a resume and law school transcript (an unofficial copy is acceptable). We encourage applicants to include a short cover letter explaining their interest in starting their career with the US Securities team in our London office. Only complete applications will be considered.
Applicants should also consider whether they are willing to relocate to the United Kingdom permanently following graduation and be prepared to discuss this during the application process.
