About the Role:
- Campaign Development : Assist in creating impactful marketing campaigns that connect with diverse global audiences.
- Campaign Guidelines : Aid in developing and distributing campaign playbooks and toolkits to ensure proper implementation across various markets.
- Asset Delivery : Help deliver core brand and performance advertising assets through global advertising working groups.
- Creative Implementation : Contribute to executing the overall creative strategy for global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with TUI’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Communication Skills : Personable and capable of coordinating and driving internal and external stakeholders on key projects.
- Administrative Support : Manage purchase order requests and compile campaign evidence for post-campaign analysis.
- Brand Champion : Confidently implement and advocate for brand guidelines as part of the central brand team.
About You:

- Hunger for learning, with a minimum of GCSE grade 4 or C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and a commitment to completing a placement year (starting in 2025) as part of your third year at university
- Proficient user of the MS office suite
- Fluent in English, with additional language abilities (German, French, Dutch) being desirable but not essential
