Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from small businesses to multinationals to understand, assess and manage their risks. Our experts collaborate around the world to provide our clients with a broader perspective, data-led insight and exceptional service. You’ll help us continue to deliver to truly exceptional standards.

Responsibilities

This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas all across our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues, you’ll:

  • Develop your technical knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
  • Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys
  • Be supported as you study towards your Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Qualification, whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance

Given the breadth of our CRB business, you could find yourself taking on a range of the following roles:

  • Broking, where you’ll be the intermediary in the insurance transaction, ensuring the clients’ needs are met while also building strong relationships with the markets you’re using.
  • Client servicing, where you’ll be the client’s first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance programme.
  • Analytics, where you’ll tackle challenges such as analysing and manipulating data and producing reports to present your findings and insights.
  • Strategy, where you’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders to support decision making, prepare business plans and analyse data to identify trends.
  • Business development, where you’ll think creatively and strategically to produce materials that can be used for marketing and specific client proposals.
  • Projects, where you’ll manage a variety of stakeholders, solve complex problems and identify the right resources and expertise to deliver excellence for our clients.
