Job Description

Our 2-year rotational program is designed to develop the next generation of HR leaders through rotational experiences across the function and offers extensive engagement and learning opportunities.

As a Full-Time Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program at JPMorgan Chase, you'll gain a deep understanding of various HR functions and develop expertise in specific areas, such as analytical skills, tools and software. You'll expand your professional network and gain insights from senior leaders. Working in different teams across the HR function on three 8-month rotations, you'll receive guidance and support from a peer and senior mentor.

Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to projects and develop your ability to make data-driven decisions and provide valuation recommendations.
  • Collaborate on the development of strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop your knowledge in teams across the HR function, which could include Compensation, Employee Engagement, Workforce Analytics and Talent Development amongst many others.
  • Gain the skills of the future to set you up for success while working with dedicated managers committed to your professional development alongside firmwide resources.
  • Interact with senior leaders and gain a broad understanding of the firm.
  • Work with the program team to find a roll-off role upon successful completion of the program.

The program will begin in July 2026.
