1. Execute and deliver courses to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues or hubs.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
2. Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
3. Experience as an advanced colour expert, with commercial awareness and sales understanding.
4. Exceptional confidence.
5. Technical, cutting, and styling competence.
6. Strong communication skills at all levels.
7. Experience building relationships with clients.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
9. Ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
10. A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
11. Strong organizational skills.
12. Ability to work in a changing and demanding environment.
13. A full UK Driving License.
