WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
- Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
- Experience as an advanced colour expert, with commercial awareness and sales understanding.
- Exceptional confidence.
- Technical, cutting, and styling competence.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Experience building relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
- A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a changing and demanding environment.
- A full UK Driving License.
