Job Description

Our award-winning landscape architecture and urban design team has an opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join us in supporting nationally important infrastructure projects and high-profile urban regeneration.

The role requires a candidate with a passion for landscape and the environment, with good technical skills to support the delivery of design and technical projects. We aim to create resilient places that benefit people and the environment, and our credentials include being accredited Building with Nature assessors and being the first engineering company globally to be certified carbon neutral.

You will be responsible for completing work packages, reporting to a senior team member, and supporting multidisciplinary projects for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assisting in delivering high-quality design projects, technical designs, and managing multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion.
  2. Producing conceptual, detailed, and contract drawings, presentation materials, schedules, and specifications for landscape and urban projects.
  3. Enhancing the profile of landscape architecture through participation in early career networks and events.
  4. Supporting site surveys for Environmental Assessments and developing landscape and environmental schemes.
  5. Providing AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphic support.
  6. Ensuring quality standards in line with our Quality Management Procedures.

Candidate Profile

We seek motivated graduates with a passion for making a difference, ideally with less than 12 months of relevant experience and a degree obtained from 2023 onwards in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture. Demonstrating interest through coursework or previous experience is encouraged.

Desired characteristics include:

  • A methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Initiative and independence in task execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
