Services & Open Innovation Manager – 12 Month FTC

A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will be responsible for leasing successful deployment and activation of our broad portfolio of (high and low tech) services for LUKI:

•Activation Excellence: Drive Digital Service performance across all KPIs (from discoverability through to intent to conversion), online + offline, including retailer touchpoints, paid and owned

•Prioritising and rationalising the services portfolio where relevant, alongside roadmap deployment (service pipe); Mobilise Service Tribe, upskilling agenda, best practice sharing, and best-in-class communication including regular reporting on performance and recommendations

You will play a wider role in 1P data enrichment and data hygiene / compliance

•Enabling 1P data collection and connectivity in collaboration with regional and local counterparts / divisions

•Be the 1P data quality steward in partnership with UKI Consumer Data Head of Analytics and Head of DDX team to ensure data standards are met

You will lead on Innovation Initiatives for UKI:

•Own Digital Innovation/ projects roadmap and ensure we continue building credibility as a digital-first company, in close partnership with the global team (startup ecosystem, assess needs, build business cases and deploy pilots from launch to scale)

•Refine LUKI Open innovation frame and strategy (startup ecosystem, strategic watch, key battlegrounds, business value, scale)

•Co-Owning DAB (Digital Advisory Board) routine and cadence, ensuring requirements are met and the forum remains front of mind for divisions, alongside corp functions and Digital IT

•Coordinate launch of new digital initiatives by guiding business owners through the DAB process whilst aligning central teams to enable and prove tangible value & learnings

•Coordinate transversal digital projects that needs acceleration across different digital expertise (e.g. Digital tools adoptions)

WHO YOU ARE

•Excellent project management and planning skills

•A passion for simplification: an ability to articulate complex problems to non-experts and multiple stakeholders

•Experience with digital and marketing enabled technology, marketing activations (digital marketing knowledge is a must)

•An ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data

•A real passion and understanding of consumer experience

•The ability to build and leverage strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders across functions and geographies

•The ability to prioritise autonomously, juggle multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
