Job description

Do you possess a strategic mind and a data-driven approach to conquer the ever-evolving digital landscape? We are on the lookout for a new Search Manager to join our Dermatological Beauty Division. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the paid search strategy across an ecosystem of platforms and driving our direct-to-consumer website and e-commerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  1. Lead in the planning, development, and execution of an always-on paid search strategy across Google, Amazon, and key ECOM retailers.
  2. Manage and own performance media & search budgets and briefs for all paid search channels (including Google, Criteo, Amazon, YouTube, etc.) to accelerate our DTC & Retail revenue and 1P acquisition targets.
  3. Scope and implement a search strategy to grow site traffic and improve performance, conversion, and cost per engagement.
  4. Work closely with our agency partners to ensure best-in-class activation of campaigns for Google paid search and retailer paid strategy.
  5. Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SA360, Google Ads, Pacvue, Criteo & Citrus to analyze performance, turning insights into actions to drive performance.
  6. Leverage consumer search trends as an insights channel to inform wider marketing plans.
  7. Identify and seize new platform opportunities to leverage search for reaching, engaging, and recruiting new consumers.
  8. Ensure all search copy and online activations reflect brand and ECOM priorities, acting as an extension of the brand and ECOM teams.
  9. Own paid search performance and reporting, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and market share, analyzing data to spot consumer trends.
  10. Drive forward the centralized total search (Paid & Organic) strategy in partnership with the organic search lead.
  11. Partner with digital, marketing, commercial, and central teams to execute holistic media plans aligned with KPIs and guidelines.
  12. Foster an innovative mindset to identify and execute quarterly search innovation briefs and tests, including exploring new search formats and technologies.
WHO YOU ARE
  1. Experience managing search campaigns is essential.
  2. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  4. Ability to analyze and interpret data to turn insights into action.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies.
  6. Agility to adapt to new priorities, manage your time effectively, and follow up on actions.
  7. A strategic and creative thinker with an eye for campaign management and trends.
  8. Passionate about skincare.
