The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.

You will:

  1. Be an exceptional individual - a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player - who has enjoyed previous experience of delivering education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.

  4. Possess flexibility, a full driving license, and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards.
  5. Exhibit proven organisational skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Be required to stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening.
  7. Set demanding goals and focus on quality as well as attention to detail.
  8. Define your own role and constantly look for ways to exceed your objectives.
  9. Be passionate about exciting projects that motivate you and give you the energy to deliver on your daily tasks.
  10. Keep up to date with current trends, commercial and brand awareness.
  11. Have an aptitude for our profession through a true sensitivity to our products & our market.
  12. Be passionate about haircare/skin care and understand the importance of aesthetic quality and detail.

You have:

  1. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
  2. Technical competence, cutting competence, and styling competence.
  3. Strong communication skills at all levels.
  4. Experience of building relationships with clients.
  5. Experience in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  6. An enthusiastic manner.
  7. The ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
  8. A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
  9. Strong organisational skills.
  10. Diplomacy and patience.
  11. The ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.
