UBS is offering a 2025 Apprenticeship for Investment Banking Administrators in London. This 18-month program provides a CMI Diploma and Level 3 qualification, allowing you to learn from experts while managing calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting financial operations. Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically investment banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Apprenticeship within our Global Banking business.
You'll get to:
• manage and maintain calendars, including conference calls, vacation, travel and client meetings
• coordinate travel arrangements, including complex/extensive multi-country journeys and travel visas
• liaise with assistants from multiple teams across the firm and ensure forward planning for meetings and deliverables.
• take care of settlement of accounts and process invoices and expenses

Your team
You'll be working in our Global Banking team, who is responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their A-Level (or equivalent) between 2023 and September 2025
• has achieved BCC
• has achieved a grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 5 in Maths GCSE
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Here, you'll work towards your CMI Diploma and gain a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. his apprenticeship will last 18 months, where you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
