The Analytics and Sales program offers a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients within financial markets. After training, you'll support clients in the Analytics department, providing 24/7 assistance via the Helpdesk using the 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system. This involves answering over 12,000 queries daily in more than 15 languages, covering topics from risk management to market liquidity.
Bloomberg emphasizes innovation, with Analytics playing a key role in client education on new products and enhancements through technology, on-site training, and seminars. You will also collaborate with Sales on strategic initiatives, product roll-out, and client onboarding.
As your knowledge deepens, opportunities to transition into Sales or specialized support roles in our Advanced Team become available, with potential leadership positions in the future.

Who you are?
You have an interest in market-moving events, excel in customer service, and aim for a client-facing career. Flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work is also needed.
