Dow US Operations is hiring New College Graduates who are currently or recently participated in the Dow National Student or Dow Local College Co-op Programs and are pursuing degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology.

ABOUT OPERATIONS: The Operations function within Dow includes Manufacturing, Technical Expertise & Support, Environmental, Health & Safety Operations, and Emergency Services & Security. These areas translate business strategies into operational results.

ABOUT YOU: Your role will involve responsibilities across various settings such as plant safety, environmental performance, process operation, optimization, maintenance, and technology implementation. Engineers must use sound technical judgment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. You will work as part of a team to address real-world problems.

Locations: Most positions are in Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas, with limited opportunities elsewhere in the US.

Primary Responsibilities:

Chemical Engineer: Provide technical support for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, including troubleshooting, process improvements, safety, and technology implementation.

Mechanical Engineer: Support maintenance, reliability, production, and project engineering through technical expertise in areas like process troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment design.

Electrical Engineer: Support electrical systems, power plant operations, and project engineering, including troubleshooting, safety, and technology upgrades.

Civil Engineer: Engage in project work from small improvements to large facility designs, collaborating across disciplines to complete civil work for projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Participation in Dow’s National Student or Local College Co-op Program.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related STEM field.
  • Graduation no later than September 2026.
  • Legal ability to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 4.00 scale).
