A leading company in the luxury retail sector is seeking a Retail Event Assistant for a unique event from 9th to 22nd September 2025 in London. This role involves working closely with event managers to deliver exceptional client experiences, with responsibilities ranging from stock management to customer engagement. The Role
This September, we’re looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to support a confidential end-to-end event with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in high-energy environments, we’d love to hear from you.
You must be London-based, have easy access to Alexandra Palace, and be available full-time (approx. 40 hours per week) from 9th to 22nd September 2025.
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Event Assistant, you’ll support the Event Managers across all phases of the event — from set-up and the retail sale days to the final pack-up.
Event Set-Up
Assist with delivery, unpacking, and categorising stock
Work alongside visual merchandisers to display product aligned with our brand partners expectations
During the Event
Support floor managers and deliver a one of a kind customer experience for our vip guests
Actively promote cross-selling to meet sales targets and KPIs
Stay knowledgeable about the brand and products
Maintain high standards for shop floor appearance and visual displays
Event Pack-Up
Help count and repack remaining stock accurately with the Inventory team
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in retail or hospitality (fast-paced environments a bonus!)
A positive, proactive attitude — you’re the kind of person who gets stuck in
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
Calm and collected under pressure
Passion for retail and the fashion industry
Requirements
Based in London or nearby, with easy access to Alexandra Palace
Right to Work in the UK
Available full-time from 9th–22nd September 2025
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
