2 Regional Sales Managers - Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings

Our client is looking to Recruit 2 Regional Sales Managers - Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings as they continue to grow at a rapid rate and are looking for 2 very impressive individuals to join the team. They are offering a long-term opportunity for the right people, with a competitive salary and development prospects to work across the UK.
They are looking for applicants with proven Sales and Business Development experience within Modular Buildings or other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods to work across the UK.
The business is very well established, has a strong brand and a great reputation selling to clients in Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Utilities and the Power Industry so experience of working in those sectors would be beneficial to your application.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee projects ranging between £100,000 and £2,000,000. You will be measured on activity and enquiries generated, the number of client meetings you carry out, amount of business development you do, the pipeline that you build and ultimately the business you secure. Overall, though, this is very much a consultative sell.
The role offers excellent, diverse and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an overly ambitious and forward-thinking individual. As a business they are extraordinarily strong on looking for a candidate who is serious about growing their career alongside the business as it grows and develops also.
You will possess a Proven Track Record of Sales and Business Development in either Modular Buildings or other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods to work across the UK.
The company require applicants who bring resilience, high energy and work with real purpose. They need applicants with strong personality, have good collaboration skills and good people skills. In addition, they want someone hard working and determined who wants to go out and win business.
The key selling points of the role are they have a very new and modern fleet, so all their buildings are top class and easily one of, if not the best product on the market. In addition, they have had and will continue to have significant investment go in. As a business, they are not corporate in anyway and key decisions are made very quickly and money is constantly Reinvested into the Business. They have some incredibly exciting plans for growth in the coming years so ultimately, they want someone who will come in and be excited about the role and the overall business as it grows. Lastly, there will be strong and various routes for career progression, not to mention this is a great chance to play a key role in helping to grow the business and have a big helping hand in doing so which will lead to growth both personally and professionally.
