IT Support Analyst - macOS and Jamf (1st/2nd Line)Central London - 2 month fixed term PAYE contract Full-Time

We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver who can keep calm under pressure, loves a challenge, and has a can-do attitude. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind the magic that keeps our team connected, creative, and productive.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the first line of defence – tackling IT and comms issues company-wide.
  • Keep our ticketing system (FreshService) in check, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
  • Configure and deploy Macs, PCs, laptops, mobiles, and tablets – basically, you’ll make tech happen!
  • Onboard new starters like a pro, delivering a first-class experience.
  • Support our tools of the trade: Office 365, Jamf, Teams, Google Suite, Dropbox, AV & conferencing systems.
  • Manage shared IT resources, coordinate repairs, and keep our assets and licenses in order.
  • Get involved in projects, office moves, inductions, and training – no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of IT support experience (or equivalent qualification).
  • Mac OS + Windows 10 wizardry, Microsoft Office 2016+, and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, ARD, RDP), Office 365 admin, and Teams.
  • Bonus points for experience with Jamf, Intune, and mobile device management.
  • Calm, positive, and resourceful – with a genuine appetite to learn and grow.
