Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Bridgend to provide 2:1 assistance to a young girl with complex needs, including personal care, daily routines, and community activities.

Applicants should have experience with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy, and hold a Full UK Driving Licence. A calm, patient, and person-centred approach is essential, with female workers preferred under the Equality Act 2010.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.

• Female Support Workers only due to Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities
