You will provide 2:1 support to a young girl with complex needs, assisting with all aspects of personal care, daily routines, and community activities.

A calm, patient, and positive approach is essential, as our client can sometimes experience distress during transitions between activities. Consistency, reassurance, and supporting established routines will help her feel safe, comfortable, and confident throughout the day.

You will also work closely with a warm and supportive family, helping to make a positive difference not only to our client but to those around her.

Flexibility if hours increase during summer holidays or support at weekends is desirable.
