Job description

I'm working on behalf of a brilliant special school in the Devizes area that is looking for a 1-1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join from January. The school caters to a range of special needs and disabilities, but this role is specifically working with one student in year 7.

The role

This position involves working one-on-one with a girl in year 7 who has complex learning difficulties. The student has a lovely, happy personality but can occasionally exhibit challenging behavior. You will be expected to support her throughout the day, both inside and outside the classroom.

This role offers a significant opportunity to make a genuine difference in this student's life and should be very rewarding! Experience with SLD is preferred.
