BBHC Men's 1s are looking for an inspiring coach for the new season. Our M1s are newly promoted and champions - playing in South East Division 1 Invicta from September.

Men's 1st XI Coach at BBHC

We are open to tailoring our approach to enable an engaging and quality external coach that helps our aim of building an exciting and developmental environment for all players at our Club.

Job Description

• Work with the Club & 1st team captain to set objectives and overall plan for the season
• Plan & lead pre-season training
• Plan & lead weekly training through the season, incoprorating feedback from team captains
• Availability to coach or player-coach on Saturdays is a bonus

Matches and training are in Erith (DA8, south-east London) and at Greenwich University (Avery Hill Campus, London SE9).

The position is a paid role for approx. 26 weeks from September to early December, and January to early April 2026.

BBHC Men's 1s play in the South East region in the Invicta/Kent league. We welcome applications from coaches with their own ideas or experience to help BBHC thrive. We have a wide range of ages and playing levels in our club, also enjoying the social side of playing hockey and are supported by passionate coaches and volunteers (read more about us on our website https://www.bbhockey.co.uk)
