Here’s an opportunity to join a well-respected Microsoft Gold Partner delivering IT services to high-profile clients in a multitude of sectors. This is a great step for someone with 1st Line experience looking to develop their skills in a more hands-on, customer-facing environment.

You’ll be part of the Field Support Team, spending most of your time working directly at client sites across London (with occasional days at the central office). You’ll provide end-user support, resolve technical issues, and act as a trusted, professional presence for the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering on-site IT support to end users (mainly in central London)
  • Preparing and planning your own client site visits
  • Supporting a Microsoft-focused stack – M365, Windows, Azure, Intune, SCCM
  • Troubleshooting a mix of hardware, software, networking and user issues
  • Helping with endpoint deployments via AutoPilot and SCCM
  • Logging tickets and time in the internal system (Service Desk platform)
  • Acting as a visible, friendly, customer-facing ambassador for the business

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a 1st Line (or similar) support role, ideally within an MSP
  • Previous on-site support or field engineering experience – essential
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Intune, SCCM and basic networking
  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping users and solving problems
  • Based in/around London and happy to travel across the city most days

Travel + Office Setup:You’ll be based from the central London office. On most days, you’ll be out at client sites across the city (travel expenses reimbursed where applicable). Typically, you’ll be in the office one day a week – usually Friday.
