Key Responsibilities:

Logging and responding to tickets via helpdesk systems

Escalating unresolved problems to 2nd/3rd line teams

Installing and configuring hardware/software

Providing exceptional customer service to users

What Youll Need:

6-12 months of IT support experience (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of Windows OS, Office 365 & Active Directory

Keen to learn and grow in a technical support role

Driving licence (advantageous for on-site roles)
