An established industry player is seeking a dedicated 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team in Northampton. Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Northampton
We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a large client of ours based in Northampton. You will be working in the 1st Line team and will be responsible for resolving tickets, ideally at first resolution. You will be a point of contact for the main Service Desk Team supporting the workshop, Field, 2nd line & 3rd line teams during day-to-day operation.
Please note, this role will be on-site working in Northampton and due to the client location, the ability to drive will be essential, please consider this before applying for the role.
