1st Line Support Engineer required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers across the UK. This position is based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will work full-time from the office. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, but a keen interest in IT, along with a methodical and organized approach to work, is essential.

1. Understanding the functionality of Time & Attendance (T&A) software
2. Triaging support issues as they are reported
3. Updating support tickets raised by customers
